360°-Feedback zur Bewertung von Soft Skills – Erfahrungen aus der Praxis

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Bedeutung von Soft Skills im beruflichen Umfeld ist sehr groß und hat in den letzten Jahren an Bedeutung gewonnen. Damit einher geht das starke Bedürfnis, Soft Skills zu messen. Eine Methode, die Soft Skills zu messen, ist der 360°-Feedback-Prozess. Die Einführung und Umsetzung des 360°-Feedbacks ist aufwendig und bedarf der Beachtung einiger wichtiger Aspekte, um diese Bewertungsmethode erfolgreich zu nutzen. Kritische Erfolgsfaktoren sind unter anderem eine klare Zielsetzung, Berücksichtigung der relevanten sozialen Kompetenzen im Fragebogen und eine offene Feedbackkultur. Die Ergebnisse des 360°-Feedbacks sind für die Beurteilung der jährlichen Leistungsmessung und das Talentmanagement von Nutzen. Aufgrund von technologischen Entwicklungen entstehen neue Methoden zur Messung von Soft Skills. Werden traditionelle Methoden wie das 360°-Feedback mit neuen Methoden, z. B. generative Künstliche-Intelligenz-Lösungen (KI-Lösungen), kombiniert, so führt dies zu einer objektiveren und qualitativ höheren Messung der Soft Skills.
