Abstract

Zusammenfassung Resilienz ist eine Schlüsselkompetenz in Hochbelastungskontexten und eng mit der Entwicklung von Soft Skills sowie psychophysiologischen Körperreaktionen verknüpft. Darauf aufbauend zeigt sich, dass Resilienz die Anwendung von Soft Skills wie Emotionsregulation, Kommunikation, Entscheidungsfähigkeit, Selbstführung und Empathie überhaupt erst möglich macht. Resilienztraining steigert nicht nur die individuelle Belastbarkeit, sondern sichert auch Teamfähigkeit und Entscheidungsqualität. Fallbeispiele verdeutlichen, wie Soft-Skill-Schulungen Stressdynamiken in konstruktive Zusammenarbeit verwandeln. Für Unternehmen entstehen daraus klare ökonomische Vorteile: geringere Burn-out-Raten und höhere Leistungsfähigkeit. Zudem zeigt sich, dass zwei Unternehmen mit vergleichbarer fachlicher Leistung sehr unterschiedlich bewertet werden können, wenn eines über nachweislich resiliente Strukturen verfügt. Resilienz ist damit zugleich Gesundheitsfaktor und Kriterium für Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und Ratingstabilität.
