Abstract

Zusammenfassung Neurodiversität beschreibt die natürliche Vielfalt der menschlichen Gehirnfunktionen. Der Begriff entstand in den 1990er-Jahren und basiert auf der Idee, dass Unterschiede in der Art, wie Menschen denken, lernen und Informationen verarbeiten, ein normaler Teil menschlicher Vielfalt sind – ähnlich wie Unterschiede bei Körpergröße, Persönlichkeit oder Augenfarbe. Neurotypisch - Als neurotypisch werden Menschen bezeichnet, deren neurologische Entwicklung und Verhaltensweisen weitgehend den gesellschaftlich verbreiteten Normen und Erwartungen entsprechen. Neurodivergent Der Begriff neurodivergent wird häufig für Menschen verwendet, deren Gehirn anders arbeitet als das der Mehrheit. Dazu zählen zum Beispiel Personen mit Autismus, ADHS oder Dyslexie. Diese Unterschiede betreffen vor allem die Art, wie Informationen wahrgenommen, verarbeitet und kommuniziert werden.Diese Unterschiede stellen keine Defizite dar, sondern sind Ausdruck einer natürlichen Variation des menschlichen Geistes. In der modernen Arbeitswelt gewinnen neurodiverse Perspektiven an Bedeutung. Organisationen, die Vielfalt anerkennen, profitieren von Kreativität, Mustererkennung, analytischem Denken oder besonderer Resilienz neurodivergenter Talente. Gleichzeitig besteht die Herausforderung, dass klassische Bewertungsverfahren diese Stärken häufig nicht erfassen oder sogar benachteiligen. Dieses Dokument untersucht daher Modelle, Verfahren und Technologien, die es ermöglichen, neurodiverse Kompetenzen sichtbar und messbar zu machen. Ziel ist es, eine Grundlage für inklusive Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung und neuroinklusives Führen, zu schaffen.
