Abstract

Zusammenfassung Soft Skills entscheiden über Kundenerfolg, Teamleistung und Führungskultur – bleiben in Organisationen jedoch oft schwer greifbar. Dieses Kapitel zeigt, wie Konversationen als „natürliche Messsituation“ dienen und in einem End-to-End-System zu belastbaren Kennzahlen verdichtet werden: Debriefing → Trainingsdesign → Künstliche-Intelligenz-Rollenspiel (KI-Rollenspiel) → KI-Coaching → Analyse und Assessment. Dialogbasierte Rollenspielsimulationen (via Web und Virtual Reality, VR) erzeugen standardisierte Beobachtungsmomente, die entlang klarer Verhaltensanker bewertet und mit Businesskennzahlen verknüpft werden können. So entsteht ein skalierbares, faires und erklärbares Soft-Skill-Training und Rating, das Lernpfade steuert, Teams vergleicht und Wirkung sichtbar macht. Für den Enterprisekontext werden Governance (Datenschutz, Einwilligungen, Betriebsrat), Integration (Single Sign-On, SSO; Learning Management System, LMS), Change und Akzeptanz sowie die Web-vs-VR-Abwägung praxisnah adressiert. Das Ergebnis ist eine realitätsnahe, messbare und steuerbare Soft-Skill-Entwicklung: weniger Bauchgefühl, mehr Evidenz – und damit eine belastbare Brücke zwischen individueller Entwicklung und organisationaler Wertschöpfung.
