Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die vorliegende Arbeit untersucht das Potenzial von virtueller Realität als Instrument zur nachhaltigen Entwicklung von beruflichen Handlungskompetenzen in Unternehmen. Im Fokus steht die Vermittlung und Vertiefung von Hard Skills in sicherheitskritischen, technischen oder standardisierten Arbeitsprozessen. Durch realitätsnahe Trainingsumgebungen können komplexe betriebliche Abläufe effizient eingeübt, Fehlerquellen frühzeitig erkannt und interne und ggf. behördliche Standards umgesetzt werden. Gleichzeitig zeigt die Analyse, wie Virtual-Reality-gestützte (VR-gestützte) Trainingsformate bestehende Strukturen und Prozesse in Organisationen verändern. Dazu zählen neue Anforderungen an Planung, Personalentwicklung und Führung sowie die Entstehung digital gestützter Lernökosysteme. Die Arbeit verdeutlicht, dass VR nicht nur Trainingsmethoden modernisiert, sondern auch zur langfristigen strategischen Neuausrichtung von Unternehmen beitragen kann.
