Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Beitrag beleuchtet die Bewertung von Soft Skills in der Unternehmenspraxis anhand vielfältiger Fallbeispiele und persönlicher Erfahrungen des Autors. Er zeigt, dass Soft Skills kontextsensitive Fähigkeiten sind, die situativ wahrgenommen, angemessen umgesetzt und reflektiert werden müssen. Anhand von Praxisbeispielen – von Seminaren über die Führung besonders herausfordernder Mitarbeitender bis hin zu Assessments und Führungsrollen – wird verdeutlicht, welche Effekte Empathie, Wertschätzung, Rollenflexibilität und Entscheidungsstärke in komplexen Situationen erzeugen. Theoretische Bezugspunkte wie das Harvardprinzip, situative und transformationale Führung sowie das Aristoteles-Projekt von Google werden mit den Erfahrungen verknüpft und unterstreichen die Bedeutung einer konstruktiven Feedback- und Coachingkultur. Der Beitrag macht deutlich, dass Soft Skills nicht standardisiert messbar sind, sondern sich in gelebten Interaktionen und Kontexten offenbaren. Kontinuierliches Feedback und psychologische Sicherheit werden als zentrale Erfolgsfaktoren hervorgehoben.
