Station 2030 an der Charité – ein Praxisbeispiel

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Initiative „Station 2030“ an der Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin zeigt auf, wie Soft Skills in der täglichen Arbeit in Krankenhäusern integriert und gefördert werden können. In einer Reihe von Pilotprojekten im stationären Bereich entwickelten interprofessionelle Teams der Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin mithilfe von Lean Healthcare und Design Thinking neue Strukturen zu Kommunikation, Teamarbeit und Selbstmanagement. Durch Begleitungen vor Ort, das gemeinsame Erstellen von Prototypen und einen strukturierten Coachingprozess wurden innovative Lösungen entwickelt und in den Alltag überführt. Dazu gehören beispielsweise ein Visitendrehbuch, ein Stationsempfang und gemeinsame, interprofessionelle Arbeitszeiten. Das Ergebnis zeigt das Potenzial und die Bedeutung von Soft Skills auf. Auf einer ausgewählten Intensivstation gibt es weniger Störungen im Alltag, eine bessere Qualität im Informationsfluss, eine höhere Zufriedenheit der Mitarbeitenden und eine messbare Verbesserung der interprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit. „Station 2030“ zeigt eindrücklich, was möglich ist, wenn Soft Skills in den täglichen Abläufen von Organisationen gelebt und verankert werden.
