Abstract

Zusammenfassung Soziale Kompetenz ist der Schlüssel zum persönlichen und professionellen Erfolg, unabhängig von der fachlichen Funktion. Erfolgreiche Führung gelingt durch die Kombination von Empathie und Führungsmethoden, die erlernbar sind. Eine davon ist die situative Führung: Der situative Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Kulturen, Unternehmenswerten oder Persönlichkeiten kann eine wichtige Voraussetzung für das Erreichen und die Motivation von Menschen sein – und damit eine wichtige Voraussetzung für erfolgreiche Veränderung darstellen. Authentische Führungsteams bilden hierbei eine zwingende Vorbildfunktion, indem sie propagierte Werte gemeinsam leben. Moderne Tools unterstützen, auch auf Entfernung. Messbar ist der Erfolg einzig in der Motivation der geführten Menschen und einer nachhaltig erfolgreichen Veränderung. Diese Kombination aus Empathie, Methoden und spürbarem Erfolg macht Führung zu einem erfüllenden Beruf.
