Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieser Beitrag zeigt, wie Soft Skills zur strategischen Kernkompetenz in modernen Finanzfunktionen werden – von Kommunikation über Empathie bis Entscheidungsfähigkeit. Anhand realer Rollen, Transformationen und Führungsmodelle wird deutlich: Soft Skills sind kein weiches Beiwerk, sondern Grundlage für Steuerung, Kultur und Veränderung. Doch um diese Wirkung systematisch zu entwickeln, braucht es Strukturen – und Bewertung. Bewertung kann dort entstehen, wo Verhalten beobachtbar, Feedback standardisiert und Wirkung messbar wird. Der Beitrag liefert Praxis, Sprache und Kriterien, die in ein strukturiertes Bewertungssystem überführt werden können. Damit wird aus Haltung ein Rahmen, aus Eindruck ein Dialog – und aus Wirkung eine gestaltbare Ressource.
