Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Rating von Soft Skills gewinnt zunehmend an Bedeutung für die Arbeitswelt der Zukunft, da diese Kompetenzen über den Erfolg von Individuen und Organisationen entscheiden. Klassische Methoden stoßen jedoch an ihre Grenzen, da sie oft subjektiv und schwer skalierbar sind. Neue Technologien wie Künstliche Intelligenz (KI), Virtual Reality (VR) und Augmented Reality (AR) bieten Möglichkeiten, Soft Skills differenziert und objektiv zu messen. KI-gestützte Verfahren wie Sprachanalyse und Emotionserkennung ermöglichen tiefere Einblicke in Kommunikation und emotionale Intelligenz. VR/AR simulieren realitätsnahe Szenarien, in denen Soft Skills getestet werden können. Hybride Systeme, die traditionelle Modelle mit digitalen Technologien kombinieren, ermöglichen adaptive und personalisierte Bewertungen. Dabei müssen jedoch Herausforderungen wie Bias, Datenschutz und Akzeptanz berücksichtigt werden. Insgesamt bietet die Kombination klassischer und neuer Verfahren ein großes Potenzial für eine objektivere, skalierbare und individuell zugeschnittene Soft-Skill-Bewertung in der Personalentwicklung und im Recruiting.
