Abstract

Zusammenfassung Experten sind auf Zusammenarbeit mit anderen angewiesen. Sie leisten andererseits selbst einen relevanten Beitrag für die Ergebnisse anderer, seien diese nun Manager, die den Beitrag des Experten für ihre Entscheidungsfindung benötigen. Oder seien sie Experten, die zur Bearbeitung ihres Projekts oder einer Aufgabenstellung den Beitrag einer Experten-Kollegin benötigen. Professionelle Zusammenarbeit ist Erfolgsvoraussetzung angesichts komplexer Aufgaben, Zugehörigkeit zu unterschiedlichen Fachgebieten und Einbindung in einen anspruchsvollen komplexen Kontext. Dieses Kapitel beschreibt Wirkmechanismen erfolgreicher Zusammenarbeit und deren Abstufungen. Angesprochen werden die Gestaltung crossfunktionaler Zusammenarbeit, wie man andere dafür gewinnt, sich für eigene Vorhaben zu engagieren und was es braucht, um belastbare Vereinbarungen zu erzielen. Es wird deutlich, dass Sichtbarkeit und Marketing von Rolle und Projekt Faktoren sind, die Zusammenarbeit und Bereitschaft anderer beeinflussen.
