Abstract

Zusammenfassung Innenstadtentwicklung beschäftigt sich mit den übergeordneten Rahmenbedingungen für die gezielte Weiterentwicklung von Innenstädten, Stadt- und Ortsteilen als vitale Zentren. Dabei haben derzeit vor allem demografische Veränderungen, neue Rahmenbedingungen durch die digitale Transformation, Anforderungen im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit sowie die Veränderung der Mobilitätskonzepte Auswirkungen auf die Innenstadtentwicklung. Erfolgreiche Innenstadtentwicklung liefert bei einer gelungenen Einbindung der kommunalen Anspruchsgruppen die Basis für Programme des Innenstadtmarketings.
