Abstract

ZusammenfassungDas Fazit zeigt den Spieler als neuralgische Figur eines Systems, das zwischen sportlicher Exzellenz, ökonomischer Verwertung und gesellschaftlicher Überforderung oszilliert. Er ist nicht nur Leistungsträger, sondern zugleich ökonomisches Asset, Symbol und Mitgestalter. Daraus ergeben sich sechs Zukunftsperspektiven: Spieler als Mensch mit Anspruch auf Schutz, Clubs als nachhaltige Entwicklungsräume, Berater als Verantwortungsträger, Verbände als Regulatoren, Medien als Mitgestalter und Spieler als aktive Systemakteure. Gefordert ist ein Paradigmenwechsel – weg vom Spieler als Objekt, hin zum Subjekt mit Gestaltungskraft und Verantwortung. Zukunftsfähigkeit entsteht, wenn sportliche, ökonomische und gesellschaftliche Logiken in Balance gebracht werden.
