Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel beleuchtet Spielerfluktuation als Kernspannung zwischen ökonomischer Rationalität und emotionaler Bindung. Es zeigt, wie verdichtete Transferzyklen, Talent-Trading, Beraternetzwerke und instabile Clubumfelder Mobilität erhöhen – zugleich aber Kontinuität, Identifikation und Fanbindung erodieren. Auf Spielerseite kollidiert die Logik des Marktwerts mit dem Streben nach Verwurzelung und Heldenstatus; kurze Verweildauern, Rollenbrüche und Überkaderung verschärfen Anpassungsrisiken und Statusverlust. Für Fans unterminieren schnelle Kaderwechsel Narrative, Wiedererkennbarkeit und Konsumbereitschaft. Die Analyse skizziert Ursachen, soziale Wirkungen und Steuerungsoptionen: personelle Kontinuität, klare Rollenarchitektur, glaubwürdige Erzählungen, gezieltes Vertrags- und Kadermanagement sowie bewusste Entwicklungspfade. Gefordert ist eine Balance, die Flexibilität ermöglicht, ohne die kulturelle DNA des Clubs – Identität, Loyalität, Zugehörigkeit – preiszugeben.
