Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel analysiert Spielerberater als zentrale Marktakteure zwischen individueller Fürsorge und ökonomischem Eigeninteresse. Im Fokus stehen die regulatorischen Leitplanken (FFAR/DFB), Lizenz- und Vergütungsregeln, Transparenzpflichten sowie Konfliktzonen wie Doppelvertretung, Netzwerkmacht und informelle „Schattenmärkte“. Es zeigt, wie Agenturen über Multi-Client-Portfolios, Medieninszenierung und Vertragsarchitektur Transfers systemisch mitsteuern – oft jenseits vollständiger Nachvollziehbarkeit. Besondere Aufmerksamkeit gilt Schutzfragen bei Minderjährigen und globalen Durchsetzungslücken. Die Diagnose: Formal stärkere Regulierung trifft auf praktische Umgehungsstrategien und Machtasymmetrien. Gefordert sind wirksame Governance, internationale Durchsetzung und eine professionell-ethische Beratungskultur, die Karriereentwicklung, Integrität und Clubinteressen balanciert.
