Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Kapitel zeigt, wie Clubs aus sportlicher Leistungsbewertung strategische Transfermodelle ableiten. Im Zentrum steht der Spieler als Doppelgröße: sportlicher Leistungsträger und ökonomisches Asset. Drei Grundlogiken strukturieren den Markt: Talent Development (eigene Ausbildung), Talent Trading (Wertsteigerung durch Rotation) und Elite Recruitment (Einkauf fertiger Stars). Marktwertdynamiken, Vertragslaufzeiten und Timing des Verkaufs wirken als Hebel zwischen sportlichem Erfolg und finanzieller Steuerung. Zugleich birgt jede Strategie Risiken für Identität, Kaderstabilität und Durchlässigkeit. Gefordert ist die Balance aus Rendite, Spielidee und Clubkultur.
