Abstract

Zusammenfassung Viele Veränderungsthemen, zum Beispiel die Weiterentwicklung von Persönlichkeitsmerkmalen, benötigen viel Zeit. Sie müssen heute schon mit dem Programm starten, damit sich in ein bis zwei Jahren die gewünschte Verhaltensveränderung etabliert hat und zum gewünschten Leistungsvorteil führt.
