Abstract

Zusammenfassung DieVerantwortung Aufgaben und Rollen der im Beurteilungsverfahren verantwortlichen Führungskräfte werden in der jeweiligen BeurteilungsrichtlinieBeurteilungsrichtlinie beschrieben. In der Praxis kommen je nach Struktur und Größe des Personalbestands in einer Behörde zwei- und dreistufige Verfahrensvarianten von beteiligten Führungsebenen vor (z. B. Vor-, Zwischen- undSchlussbeurteilende Schlussbeurteilende). Im Folgenden wird ein Beispiel für die Aufgaben in einer dreistufigen Variante beschrieben.
