Abstract

ZusammenfassungIm ersten Kapitel erkunden wir die Dimensionen der interkulturellen Begegnungen. Du wirst verstehen, warum sie notwendig sind und welche Vorteile Vielfalt bietet. Wenn du davon ausgehst, dass Menschen aus anderen Ländern langfristig in Deutschland leben, ergeben sich Unmengen von Fragen. Diese stellen sich sowohl Einwanderer als Minderheit, als auch Angehörige der Mehrheit, also deutsche Staatsbürger. Dabei erfährst du von den bestehenden Hindernissen und Barrieren, die es zu überwinden gilt. In diesem Kapitel lernst du Anna kennen. Sie schildert, womit sie in ihrem beruflichen Alltag konfrontiert wird. Begleite Anna und erlebe, wie sie in herausfordernde Situationen gerät, da sie neue Kollegen aus anderen Ländern bekommt und sich mit ihren eigenen Vorurteilen auseinandersetzen muss.
