Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Beitrag untersucht Teamwork als zentralen Erfolgsfaktor für die Beweissicherungs- und Festnahmeeinheit (BFE) der Polizei. Auf Basis theoretischer Ansätze zu Teamarbeit, High Responsibility Teams (HRTs) und Human Factors sowie durch Experteninterviews mit BFE-Beamt:innen werden sechs zentrale Erfolgsfaktoren identifiziert: Vertrauen, Kommunikation, Zielklarheit, Motivation, Führung und Aufgabenteilung. Besonders hervorgehoben wird Vertrauen als Fundament für effektives Handeln in risikobehafteten Einsatzsituationen. Die Ergebnisse verdeutlichen, dass gutes Teamwork nicht nur die Effizienz steigert, sondern auch die Sicherheit von Einsatzkräften und polizeilichem Gegenüber erhöht. Der Beitrag liefert praxisnahe Hinweise zur Förderung von Teamprozessen in der BFE und eröffnet Perspektiven für weiterführende Forschung zu Teamarbeit in polizeilichen Spezialeinheiten.
