Abstract

ZusammenfassungFaire Entlohnung braucht für ihre Umsetzung in den Unternehmen Rahmenbedingungen: einen Vorstand, eine Geschäftsführung, die faire Entlohnung vorlebt, Führungskräfte, die sich um die Entlohnung ihrer Mitarbeiter*innen kümmern, und die Bereitschaft der für das Entlohnungssystem Verantwortlichen, die Entlohnung laufend zu plausibilisieren. Fragestellung ist, inwieweit Moral und Ethik Basis des gerechten Lohnes sind. Geht es um den optimalen Lohn für die Mitarbeiter*in, dann ist in eine Strategie auf dem Arbeitsmarkt und in eine Strategie im Unternehmen zu differenzieren. Auf dem Arbeitsmarkt ist der Fokus auf die Suche nach dem „richtigen“ Unternehmen zu lenken, im Unternehmen sind zuerst die Spielregeln der Lohnfindung zu verstehen, um dann die eigene Strategie auf diese Spielregeln auszurichten.
