Abstract

ZusammenfassungDie Kap. 1–6 haben in erster Linie makroökonomische Aspekte, die Akteure und die legistischen Rahmenbedingungen des Arbeitsmarktes, die Strukturfaktoren des österreichischen Arbeitsmarktes und die Anforderungen an Marktstudien zum Inhalt. Was sich auf diesem Arbeitsmarkt tatsächlich verdienen lässt, ist Thema des Kap. 7. Dabei werden nicht punktuell die Einkommen einzelner Funktionen/Stellen verglichen, sondern die Berufslebenseinkommen typischer Karrieren auf dem Arbeitsmarkt. Untersuchungsgegenstand ist, was lässt sich in einem Berufsleben in unterschiedlichen hierarchischen Ebenen in einem Querschnitt der Wirtschaftssektoren verdienen. Ergänzt wird der Querschnitt der Wirtschaftssektoren mit einem Seitenblick auf die Berufslebenseinkommen in der öffentlichen Verwaltung und bei den Gesundheitsberufen. Die in Kap. 5 formulierten Ansprüche an Marktstudien erfordern detaillierte Beschreibungen der Funktionen/Stellen sowie Modellkarrieren und eine Offenlegung der Berechnungsmodelle. Für die Leser*in, die sich lediglich einen Überblick verschaffen will, sind die Detailergebnisse jeweils zusammengefasst.
