Abstract

ZusammenfassungAuf betrieblicher Ebene sind es die Funktion/Stelle, die Erfahrung und die persönliche Leistung der Mitarbeiter*in, die das Entlohnungsniveau bestimmen. Weitere Parameter für das Entlohnungsniveau sind die Faktoren des Arbeitsmarktes. Maßgeblichen Einfluss hat der Standort des Unternehmens. In städtischen Agglomerationen mit einer hohen Bevölkerungsdichte lässt sich besser verdienen als auf dem Land. Starke Wirtschaftszonen mit einer hohen Dichte an Unternehmen schaffen Konkurrenz auf dem Arbeitsmarkt und haben damit ein höheres Lohnniveau. Bei Funktionen/Stellen, die ein geringeres Angebot an Arbeitskräften auf dem Arbeitsmarkt haben, führt der Wettbewerb um ein bescheidenes Angebot zu höheren Löhnen. Deutliche Unterschiede bei den Marktlöhnen zeigen auch die unterschiedlichen Wirtschaftssektoren/Branchen. Zudem positionieren sich auch die Unternehmen im Arbeitsmarkt: Unternehmen mit einem attraktiven Arbeitgeber*innenimage bleiben auch mit einem im Vergleich zum relevanten Arbeitsmarkt durchschnittlichen Entlohnungsniveau konkurrenzfähig.
