Abstract

Zusammenfassung Um Dilemmata als persönliche Lernfelder wahrzunehmen und diese produktiv für die Weiterentwicklung der Organisation zu nutzen, braucht es Dilemmakompetenz. Nach Claus-Peter Seichter (2025) bedeutet Kompetenz, dass eine Person sich eignet und fähig ist die an sie gestellten Aufgaben erfüllen zu können. Die Person ist zudem in ihrer Rolle befugt und darf für die Organisation Entscheidungen treffen.
