Abstract

Zusammenfassung Unternehmen stehen vor der Herausforderung, ihre Geschäftsmodelle an die sich stetig wandelnden Marktbedingungen anzupassen. Dies ist besonders im Hinblick auf die steigende Marktdynamik, disruptive Technologien und sich verändernde Kundenanforderungen von Bedeutung. Die digitale Transformation stellt dabei eine der größten Herausforderungen für Unternehmen dar. Die zunehmende Digitalisierung und der Einsatz von Künstlicher Intelligenz haben einen enormen Einfluss auf die Art und Weise, wie Unternehmen agieren und ihre Wettbewerbsfähigkeit sichern. Dies betrifft nicht nur eine technologische Umstellung, sondern umfasst auch grundlegende Änderungen in Prozessen, Strukturen und der Kultur eines Unternehmens. KI-gestützte Beratung stellt einen zentralen Ansatz dar, um Unternehmen bei dieser Transformation zielführend zu unterstützen. Das Kapitel beleuchtet die Vorteile, Grenzen und Risiken von KI-gestützter Beratung sowie deren Implementierung und konkrete Anwendungsfälle. Es eröffnet zudem aktuelle Zukunftsperspektiven.
