Abstract

This chapter examines the significance of coaching in the age of artificial intelligence and its integration into organizations. It explains how coaching programs can support employees in developing technical skills, alleviating fears, and actively leveraging the benefits of AI. In addition to knowledge transfer, the focus is on practical exercises, gamification elements, and ethical considerations to enhance employee acceptance and motivation. Practical approaches such as role plays, simulations, and personalized learning paths illustrate the applications of AI in everyday work. Furthermore, emotional intelligence and diversity are highlighted as essential factors for strengthening collaboration between humans and technology. The role of AI in crisis management is addressed, as well as the evaluation of coaching program effectiveness and the transformative impact of AI on the coaching market. The chapter demonstrates how organizations can successfully drive digital transformation and boost their capacity for innovation through targeted coaching and ethically grounded measures.
