Abstract

The introduction of artificial intelligence in companies is often accompanied by fears and prejudices. This chapter demonstrates how organizations can address these challenges by taking employees’ concerns seriously and building trust through targeted measures. It examines the most common fears, such as job loss and lack of transparency, and offers practical solutions to address these concerns. Open communication, training, and involving employees in the integration process are highlighted as essential elements. The role of leadership and the importance of positive narratives about AI within corporate culture are also discussed. By handling AI responsibly and clearly communicating its benefits, companies can foster a culture of openness and trust that strengthens motivation and innovation in the long term.
