Abstract

The integration of artificial intelligence into corporate communications opens up new opportunities for efficiency, personalization, and targeted audience engagement. This chapter demonstrates how AI tools can enhance interactions with customers and employees while automating routine tasks. However, it also addresses challenges such as compliance with data protection regulations, the avoidance of bias, and the maintenance of ethical standards. The focus is on striking a balance between automation and human empathy, which remains indispensable in communication. In addition, strategies are presented for how companies can use AI responsibly while simultaneously strengthening the trust of their target audiences.
