Abstract

Corporate communication is undergoing a profound transformation through the use of artificial intelligence. This chapter examines how AI enhances efficiency and personalization in communication, while also introducing challenges such as data protection and ethical responsibility. It outlines how companies can leverage AI-powered tools to develop tailored communication strategies while maintaining the trust of customers and employees. The focus is on balancing automation with human interaction and emphasizing the importance of ethical guidelines. In addition, the role of AI in both internal and external communication is analyzed, and best practices for the use of innovative technologies are presented.
