Abstract

This chapter examines the complex relationship between humans and artificial intelligence (AI), highlighting how responsible use of AI can create added value. Key topics include the limitations of AI, ethical principles, and the question of how humans and AI can jointly generate value. The importance of trust, intuitive design, and the human role as supervisor for effective collaboration is emphasized. Leaders must develop an AI mindset to foster collaborative intelligence and enable innovation. The chapter also addresses cultural differences and the significance of education and awareness to ensure the sustainable integration of AI. The ongoing integration of AI into businesses and society makes harmonious collaboration between humans and technology essential.
