Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel verdeutlicht, dass Innovationsbarrieren kein Randphänomen sind, sondern häufig tief im System verankert liegen und daher eine differenzierte Betrachtung erfordern – jenseits von Methoden und Tools. Entscheidend für den nachhaltigen Abbau solcher Widerstände sind psychologische Sicherheit, eine gelebte Fehlerkultur und eine unterstützende Führung. Technologien wie Künstliche Intelligenz verändern zwar die Spielregeln, können jedoch keine kulturellen Probleme lösen. Echte Innovationsfähigkeit entsteht vielmehr dort, wo Mut, Struktur und Dialog zusammenkommen.
