Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel wird deutlich, dass Mitarbeitende strukturelle, kulturelle und individuelle Barrieren gleichermaßen erleben. Offene Rückmeldungen der Befragten machen dabei konkrete Hemmnisse sichtbar und zeigen zugleich klare Wünsche nach Veränderung. Besonders positiv wird ein ausgewogenes Verhältnis aus klar definierten Zuständigkeiten und ausreichenden Freiräumen wahrgenommen, das insgesamt als besonders innovationsfördernd gilt.
