Abstract

ZusammenfassungKap. 9 entfaltet das CEO Office als strategisches Spielfeld, auf dem nicht Funktionen, sondern Bewegungsmuster über Wirksamkeit entscheiden. Mit der Metapher eines Schachspiels wird deutlich, wie Geschäftsführer, CoS und EBP mit unterschiedlichem Radius, aber gemeinsamem Ziel agieren: Klarheit, Struktur und Führung in Bewegung. Dabei wird das Zusammenspiel als Schlüssel sichtbar – nicht Hierarchie, sondern Dynamik. Die CoS wirkt als strategisch beweglichste Figur, mit systemischer Kraft und Nähe zur Führung. Die EBP hält mit operativer Intelligenz das System im Takt. Führung wird so nicht nur sichtbar, sondern spürbar – im Kleinen wie im Großen. Das Kapitel verdeutlicht: Das CEO Office ist kein Add-on, sondern eine bewusste Architektur von Verantwortung, Energiefluss und Zukunftsfähigkeit.
