Abstract

ZusammenfassungDieses Kapitel macht sichtbar, worauf es ankommt, wenn Führung nicht auf Ansagen, sondern auf innerer Stärke basiert. Das CEO Office wirkt dort, wo andere zögern: in Unsicherheit, unter Druck, mitten in Spannungsfeldern. Gefragt ist kein methodisches Wissen, sondern mentale Reife – die Fähigkeit, Entscheidungen zu treffen, ohne Zustimmung zu suchen, Verantwortung zu tragen, ohne sich über andere zu stellen, und Klarheit zu schaffen, wenn Systeme sich selbst im Weg stehen. Acht typische Spannungsfelder und fünf wiederkehrende Organisationsdynamiken zeigen, wie CoS und EBP gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung nicht auf Symptome reagieren, sondern systemisch gestalten. Mentale Reife ist dabei kein Bonus, sondern der Unterschied zwischen Struktur und Wirkung – zwischen Bewegung und Stillstand.
