Abstract

ZusammenfassungKap. 18 beschreibt das CEO Office als Wegbereiter für eine neue Qualität von Führung: lebendig, rhythmisch und tief verwurzelt in Verantwortung. Mit dem Bild eines Gartens wird deutlich, wie Organisationen als lebendige Systeme funktionieren – mit Zyklen, Wachstum, Pflege und natürlicher Selbstregulation. Das Kapitel überträgt Naturprinzipien auf unternehmerische Realität und zeigt, wie Führung als bewusste Gestaltungskraft wirksam wird. Verantwortung wird sichtbar übernommen, Entscheidungen entstehen aus Reife, nicht aus Reaktion, und Kommunikation verbindet über Resonanz. Das CEO Office schafft die strukturelle und kulturelle Grundlage, damit Führung nicht verwaltet, sondern verkörpert wird – mit Klarheit, Rhythmus und Würde.
