Abstract

ZusammenfassungKap. 17 beschreibt, wie Haltung im CEO Office konkret in Handeln übersetzt wird. Ausgehend von den 15 Anforderungen an eine heutige Geschäftsführung zeigt das Kapitel, wie CoS und EBP diese Anforderungen durch systemisches Denken, strategische Präsenz und bewusste Führungskultur mittragen und wirksam machen. Die Handlungsimpulse verdeutlichen, wie CoS und EBP Verantwortung übernehmen, Räume für Reflexion und Entscheidung schaffen, den Fokus sichern und Kommunikation vertiefen. Dabei entstehen keine neuen Aufgabenprofile, sondern ein gelebtes Zusammenspiel auf Augenhöhe. Das Kapitel endet mit konkreten Fragen für klare Absprachen im CEO Office – als Grundlage für Vertrauen, Wirksamkeit und strategische Klarheit.
