Abstract

ZusammenfassungKap. 16 beschreibt die konkrete Umsetzung und Wirkung des CEO Office im Unternehmensalltag. Es zeigt, wie in den ersten 100 Tagen Orientierung, Resonanzräume und erste Signale im System entstehen und wie sich im ersten Jahr ein gemeinsames Verständnis von Führung und Verantwortung entwickelt. Die Rollen von Geschäftsführer, CoS und EBP werden in ihrer jeweiligen Wirkung sichtbar gemacht. Zentrale Elemente wie die Entscheidungsmatrix und strategische Kommunikation unterstützen den Aufbau eines klaren Führungssystems. Drei Ergebnisräume – Führungsfähigkeit, Umsetzungskraft und Systemklarheit – helfen dabei, Wirkung zu erkennen und zu verankern. Das Kapitel verdeutlicht, wie das CEO Office zur tragfähigen Führungskultur beiträgt und Wirkung im gesamten Unternehmen ermöglicht – intern, extern und systemisch.
