Abstract

ZusammenfassungKap. 15 zeigt, wie Künstliche Intelligenz (KI) von Beginn an integraler Bestandteil des CEO Office wird – nicht als Tool, sondern als vierte Kraft neben Geschäftsführung, CoS und EBP. KI erweitert Denk- und Handlungsspielräume, strukturiert Informationen, schafft Tiefe ohne Hektik und ermöglicht strategische Klarheit. Wird sie später eingeführt, braucht es bewusste Nachjustierung: in Haltung, Verantwortung und Systemarchitektur. Entscheidend ist nicht der Zeitpunkt, sondern die bewusste Verankerung – als Denkverstärker, nicht als Add-on. KI verändert Führung, weil sie neu fokussiert: auf Wirkung, Resonanz und unternehmerische Relevanz.
