Abstract

ZusammenfassungKap. 14 beschreibt die Einführung des CEO Office nicht als Start, sondern als bewussten Systemwechsel: von Einzelverantwortung zu gemeinsam gestalteter Führung. Im Zentrum steht die Frage: Wer bringt Haltung, Systemblick und Verantwortungsreife mit – unabhängig von Titeln oder Lebensläufen? Das Kapitel zeigt, wie CoS und EBP identifiziert, eingeladen und positioniert werden – nicht durch klassische Ausschreibungen, sondern durch persönliche Ansprache und klare Mandate. Es geht um gelebte Architektur, nicht um Papierstrukturen. Und um die Erkenntnis: Wirkung entsteht nicht durch Formalien, sondern durch Resonanz, Haltung und das bewusste Zusammenspiel von Menschen, die bereit sind, Führung neu zu denken – und gemeinsam zu tragen.
