Abstract

ZusammenfassungKap. 13 stellt die entscheidende Frage: Ist das Unternehmen bereit, Führung neu zu denken – nicht als Einzelverantwortung, sondern als orchestriertes Zusammenspiel im CEO Office? Es geht nicht um Strukturreformen, sondern um ein klares Commitment zu Klarheit, Verantwortung und Wirksamkeit. Die Einführung des CEO Office ist kein Entlastungsmodell, sondern ein Systementscheid – getragen von Geschäftsführung, CoS und EBP, die gemeinsam Orientierung, Priorisierung und Umsetzung sichern. Das Kapitel zeigt, woran spürbar wird, dass der nächste Schritt ansteht, was sich konkret verändert und welche Haltung es dafür braucht. Am Ende steht keine perfekte Lösung – sondern eine bewusste Entscheidung für Führung, die trägt.
