Abstract

ZusammenfassungKap. 11 zeigt, wie CoS und EBP im Zusammenspiel mit der Geschäftsführung das CEO Office zum wirksamen Führungsdreieck machen – nicht durch Titel, sondern durch Haltung, Klarheit und Verantwortung. Die CoS wirkt systemisch, priorisiert strategisch und hält den Raum für Struktur und Entscheidung. Die EBP sichert Takt, Fokus und Umsetzbarkeit im Alltag. Beide agieren nicht als Schatten der Führung, sondern als bewusst handelnde Kräfte im Zentrum des Unternehmens. Das Kapitel verdeutlicht: Future by Principle heißt, Führung neu zu denken – als präzises Zusammenspiel, das Klarheit schafft, Energie schützt und Wirksamkeit verankert. Ein CEO Office ist kein Extra, sondern die notwendige Antwort auf Führung im 21. Jahrhundert.
