Abstract

ZusammenfassungKap. 10 macht sichtbar, was es heißt, Verantwortung im CEO Office nicht nur zu tragen, sondern wirksam zu gestalten. Es beschreibt die Wirkungskraft von CoS und EBP – nicht als Aufgabenprofile, sondern als lebendige Führungsarchitektur. Die CoS wirkt als strategische Taktgeberin, systemische Impulsgeberin und Sparringspartnerin der Geschäftsführung. Die EBP hält das Führungssystem im Takt, sichert Umsetzung und Verlässlichkeit im operativen Raum. Im Zusammenspiel entsteht ein Führungsdreieck, das Klarheit schafft, Tempo ermöglicht und Wirksamkeit verankert. Dabei wird deutlich: Wirksamkeit ist kein Zufall, sondern Ausdruck einer gelebten Haltung. Wo Verantwortung nicht aufgeteilt, sondern bewusst orchestriert wird, entsteht Führung, die wirkt – tief, stabil und mit klarer Ausstrahlung in die Organisation hinein.
