Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Nutzung von Künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) in der modernen Strategiearbeit gewinnt zunehmend an Bedeutung. Sie ermöglicht es Unternehmen, große Datenmengen effizient zu analysieren und unterstützt dabei, fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen. KI kann Muster und Trends erkennen, die für den Menschen nur schwer zu identifizieren sind, und so Wettbewerbsvorteile schaffen. Zudem unterstützt sie bei der Automatisierung von Routineaufgaben, was Ressourcen für strategisch wichtigere Tätigkeiten freisetzt. Trotz des beachtlichen Potenzials bestehen jedoch noch Herausforderungen, wie die Integration von KI in bestehende Strategieprozesse und -systeme sowie die Datenqualität und -sicherheit gewährleistet werden können. Auch ethische Fragen und die Notwendigkeit, die Transparenz und Nachvollziehbarkeit von KI-Entscheidungen zu gewährleisten, sind wichtige Aspekte, die adressiert werden müssen. Trotz dieser Hürden bleibt das Potenzial von KI in der Strategiearbeit enorm und wird auch in Zukunft deutlich wachsen.
