Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Kapitel beschreibt die Integration von Künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) in die Unternehmensarchitektur. Es beleuchtet die Herausforderungen und gibt erste Lösungsansätze zur schrittweisen Implementierung neuer KI-Capabilities. Mit dem Horváth & Partner-Vorgehen wird ein strukturierter Ansatz vorgestellt, welcher sich nahtlos in die Unternehmensarchitektur integriert.
