Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Ergebnisse von Teil A zeigen, dass nach dem Berufswahlmodell von Holland generationenübergreifend eine klare Tendenz zum Conventional/Social zu erkennen ist. Dies wird durch die Ergebnisse in Teil C bestätigt. Nach dem Berufswahlmodell entspricht die Kombination Conventional/Social dem Typus, der die größte berufliche Passung für die Arbeit in einer Polizeibehörde mitbringt. Allerdings deuten die Bewertungen auf den Stufen 1 bis 3 darauf hin, dass bei der Gewichtung von Motiven Unterschiede zwischen der Gen Babyboomer und Gen X auf der einen und Gen Y und Gen Z auf der anderen Seite existieren.
