Abstract

Zusammenfassung Reisenden wird geraten, dass man die Sprache eines Landes spricht, um etwas von seiner Kultur zu verstehen. Bei einem Wechsel aus der Wirtschaft oder einer staatlichen Stelle in die NPO-Welt gilt dasselbe: Es gibt bereichsspezifische Eigenheiten, die man verstehen muss. Doch gerade beim Wechsel in den gemeinnützigen Sektor wird oft angenommen, ausreichend kompetent zu sein, weil jede:r zu den Themen im Sozial-, Umwelt-, Kultur-, Gesundheits- der Bildungsbereich ausreichend eigene Erfahrung mitbringt.
