Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im Rahmen der akustischen Markenführung stehen Unternehmen zahlreiche Kontaktpunkte, sogenannte „Brand Touch Points“, mit der Zielgruppe zur Verfügung. Dabei funktionieren einige Brand Touch Points ausschließlich auf akustischer Ebene, wie Radio und Telefon. Da die unterschiedlichen Kontaktpunkte mit der Marke nicht für jede Zielgruppe relevant sind, müssen diese markenspezifisch analysiert werden.
