Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel beschreibt die entscheidenden Erfolgsfaktoren für wirksame E-Mail- und Newsletter-Kampagnen, etwa Personalisierung, Individualisierung und die sinnvolle Integration neuer Technologien wie Rich-Media-Content und Responsives Design. Es verdeutlicht, wie wichtig eine passgenaue Zielgruppenansprache, gut getimtes Versenden und kontinuierliches Testing sind, um die Relevanz und den Erfolg der Kommunikation zu steigern. Zudem werden konkrete Optimierungsmaßnahmen vorgestellt, mit denen sich E-Mail-Marketing nachhaltig effizienter und kundenzentrierter gestalten lässt.
