Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die digitale Transformation stellt Führungskräfte und Organisationen vor die Herausforderung, mit wachsender Komplexität, Unsicherheit und dynamischen Veränderungen umzugehen. Dabei sind Unternehmen und Hochschulen gleichermaßen damit konfrontiert, ihre Belegschaft bzw. Studierende im Bereich des digitalen Managements zu befähigen. Die Versiertheit im Umgang mit der digitalen Transformation entsteht durch das Zusammenspiel von kognitiven, sozialen und persönlichen Kompetenzen. Dieser Beitrag zeigt, wie Planspieltrainings als erfahrungsbasierte Lernformate diese Kompetenzen im Kontext digitaler Transformationsprozesse fördern.
