Abstract

Zusammenfassung Unternehmen stehen durch die digitale Disruption, insbesondere durch KI-Anwendungen, vor Herausforderungen in der Transformation ihrer Managementansätze und Geschäftsmodelle. Dieser Beitrag zeigt die wesentlichen Gründe für die zunehmende Digitalisierung in verschiedenen betrieblichen Bereichen auf und beschreibt die wichtigsten dafür relevanten Technologien. Des Weiteren werden die notwendigen Kompetenzen in den Bereichen digitales Management, digitale Geschäftsmodelle und digitale Vermarktung hergeleitet, die für Fach- und Führungspositionen in der digitalisierten und KI-geprägten Arbeitswelt am relevantesten sind.
